Entities wishing to be an AAPPD Website Sponsor must have an interest in assisting consumers of services to people with disabilities and/or the providers who serve them. Division of Developmental Disa bilities qualified vendors are not eligible to be sponsors. The Executive Committee of AAPPD reserves the right to approve sponsorships based on relevance to the industry and other factors, as it deems appropriate.
Sponsors will receive acknowledgment on the AAPPD website, www.aappd.org, in the form of a listing that includes their logo, name, and a link to their website through a "splash page." Sponsors will be given the same amount of space on this page, depending on their level of sponsorship. The "splash page" link from AAPPD to the sponsor's website will either be to the sponsor's homepage, or a web page the sponsor may have created specifically describing their support of AAPPD. AAPPD will not link to sponsor web pages that deliberately market products or services or indicate that AAPPD recommends usage of the sponsor's products or services.

AAPPD is a 501(c)4 tax exempt organization. Therefore sponsorships are not tax deductible as a charitable contribution. It may be deductible as a business expense. Please consult your tax advisor for more information.
Only one vendor from each industry will be allowed to become a sponsor at the Platinum level. A Platinum sponsor will receive the following:
The opportunity to present to AAPPD members twice a year on issues important to the disabilities industry;
The ability to submit quarterly blog posts (four articles per year). Blog posts must be approved by AAPPD, and will mention the organization as a website sponsor, show the organization's logo, and link to the organization's splash page;
Four "mentions" on the AAPPD social media pages (Facebook and Twitter) and four emails on the AAPPD email list;
The exclusive opportunity to hold a working lunch with the AAPPD Executive Committee to discuss issues relevant to disabilities community;
Invitation to all AAPPD social mixers;
Recognition at all AAPPD social mixers;
Logo, brief description, website link (to splash page) on the website sponsor page of the AAPPD website.
A Gold sponsor will receive the following:
The ability to submit three blog posts (three articles per year). Blog posts must be approved by AAPPD, and will mention the organization as a website sponsor, show the organization's logo, and link to the organization's splash page;
Three "mentions" on the AAPPD social media pages (Facebook and Twitter) and three emails on the AAPPD email list;
A Silver sponsor will receive the following:
The ability to submit one blog post (one article per year). The blog post must be approved by AAPPD, and will mention the organization as a website sponsor, show the organization's logo, and link to the organization's splash page;
Two "mentions" on the AAPPD social media pages (Facebook and Twitter) and two emails on the AAPPD email list;
A Bronze sponsor will receive the following:
One "mention" on the AAPPD social media pages (Facebook and Twitter) and one email on the AAPPD email list;
